If you wish to submit your request using a paper form, a fee of 1000 EUR must be paid.

Basic Taxation

The basic fee is charged within one month from the date of receipt of the application by the EUIPO. Please note that EUIPO only evaluates trademark applications and processes of correspondence relating to them once the amount due has been paid.

Payment methods

Trademark taxes may be paid by credit card, bank transfer or through an EUIPO current account. The Office shall provide an online service to the holders of the current account, giving them access to all information relating to that account and to the transactions in progress thereon.
