Key points1. Trade in goods: allows 90% of the products being traded between ASEAN and Korea to enjoy duty-free treatment.
2. Trade in services: allows further liberalization of services that would lead to an increase in trade among Parties.
3. Investment agreement: sets the foundation for the expansion of investments among the Parties through measures such as improved protection for investors and most-favored nation (MFN) that will guarentee protection from discriminatory measures by the Goverments.
